Do we all agree there is no shortage of effective eating, diet and health plans available for us to chose from these days?
Some of us have even become “serial dieters”, but we still haven’t achieved our desired results. The truth is the diets are not really the problem in the long run. It’s the implementation and sustainability of the diets that tend to trip us up, causing us to fall off the “diet wagon”. Unfortunately, the more we fall off the “diet wagon”, the more discouraged we get and the more we fall out of love with food. Amber and Edj are super excited to share SCS with you because they believe it will not only improve your relationship with food, but it will help you physically feel better which will ultimately spill over into other areas of your life.
While I don’t have a Phd in psychology, sociology or any of the “ologies”, I do have a PhD in Lifeology. I've had so many life experiences you might think my life is the script of a modern day “reality” TV star. I used to think everybody went through as many crazy life challenges as I have. But in sharing my story with people over the years, I realized that maybe I have had an extra dose of life experience so that I can support people through life — when they need, want or desire a wing man — or shall I say wing woman.
