When the emptiness, discontentment, loneliness and sadness of“numbing out” became unbearable, I had to do something different — even if it meant going backward before I could move forward. Choosing to leave the paradoxical comfort of “numbing out” was incredibly uncomfortable and unpredictable, but here is where the magic of my life began. I began to feel, care and love again — I fell in love with life again! Living a life of the unknown is where I found my greatest peace, joy, purpose, passion and most authentic self. From the unknown came the known. I began to live my true life and then life’s craziness became my greatest asset to true joy.

You might be wondering why anyone would sign up for being someone’s wing man … err, wing woman, because let’s be honest, life can be messy and relationships with people can be even messier, just sayin’! However, after going through my many stages, seasons, careers, relationships and growth spurts I realized — I was uniquely made for this — helping people live the life they were uniquely made for!
